Minnow -> Minstrel

So, it turns out that there’s already a programming language called Minnow.

Furthermore, whilst the original idea was to have a basic OO language to build on, it’s become increasingly apparent that the focus here is on getting the type system right, and in doing so I’m moving away from the OO norm (although, I would argue, without undermining the important OOP principals) in a few important ways.

So, Minnow is now Minstrel (MINimal Structurally-Typed REference Language).
